Comfortable stay at an affordable price

The breakfast buffet spread was one of the best i have had in hotels. Thankful that we were allowed to check in slightly earlier after our long journey to hakodate. The rooms were spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the baths on the top floor v much. Will definitely stay here again should we be back.

Convenient, great breakfasts and onsen

Breakfast was amazing. I love salmon roe and champagne (stayed during the new year). Also the onsen was great, big territory and some semi private space there too. The view was also beautiful. We had a city view with some seaside views as well. I am sure the mountain view is great too. The hotel is close to the sea and major restaurants and shopping river side. I recommend this hotel.

That onsen closes too early but it's not a big deal. Nothing to dislike. Maybe it would have been great to have more options for the dinner or lunch time but the hotel is close to the river side where are a lot of restaurants.

Great value for money. Will definitely come back next time we visit Hakodate.

Great location. The top floor open onsen is fantastic. Breakfast is a must try, especially the wide range of variety and sashimi bowl, which exceeds our expectation!

Comfortable stay in Hakodate

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is ideally located close to Hakodate’s train station. We walked from there in less than 10 minutes. Our twin room was spacious, with comfortable mattresses and pillows and lots of amenities (coffee, tea, water, kettle, iron, safe, etc.). The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast on offer had a huge selection that was fresh and tasty. The spa on the rooftop was very special.

The motion sensory light at the entrance of the room was too sensitive and went on too often.

Highly recommend to Hakodate visit

Due to big wind and snow in Hakodate, we did not get a chance to visit Mt. Hakodate, but spent most of time in hotel today. Fortunately we booked a Premier Delux Twin room on 12F, with good view and space, plus the nice facility to ensure we had a good stay in the city. 1. The hot spring is super nice. Starting from 14F, then extend to the roof on the 15F. With a good view on Mt. Hakodate and the harbor. 2. Breakfast is wonderful too. 3. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for you to stay here when visit Hakodate!

Around 500m from JR Station. It is definitely ok in good weather. A little challenging in big snow or you have big luggage. You can actually easily spend JPY 600 to hire a taxi to bring you to the Station, so not a big deal.

Great location and very comfortable room.

Great location only a short walk from the JR Station. Well appointed room with a great view over the bay. Nice onsen on the 14th floor with a good view of Hakodate.

Hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant. Bar is located near the lobby doors so it gets a cold draft whenever the doors are opened!

Exceeded our expectations, highly recommend you experience the buffet breakfast.

The hotel was stunning, room very comfortable, staff so helpful. Close to station and streetcar. The onsen was the best ever! The best buffet breakfast.
